What You’ll Do:

• Drive efficient warehouse operations using Oracle WMS by ensuring cost-effective inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with food safety and OSHA protocols.
• Lead and develop a team of Associates and one Manager, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and refine performance metrics to measure and enhance efficiency, productivity, order accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, using data-driven insights.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading, while ensuring accuracy, FIFO compliance, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by evaluating and improving safety protocols, conducting regular training, and performing safety audits.
• Manage equipment maintenance and repairs, collaborating with transportation and logistics teams to minimize downtime, optimize processes, and support on-time deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on warehouse performance, operational challenges, and resource needs.
• Work and communicate with procurement teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of leadership experience in food/beverage logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations, with a focus on high-volume environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, and best practices in warehouse management.
• Proven track record in optimizing workflows, improving order accuracy, and maintaining inventory integrity.
